Spam Filtering – Proprietary, multi-layer spam technology ensures that unsolicited email is automatically filtered before it enters your corporate network, disrupting employee productivity and burdening your messaging infrastructure. All messages are run through three layers of advanced spam filtering technologies: Blacklisting, Fingerprinting and Rules-based Scoring. With these layers of filtering, our services achieve a false positive ratio of less than 1 in 250,000.
   
 
 
 
Virus Scanning – The FrontBridge solution provides the most complete anti-virus service available. Unlike premise-based solutions that may update daily, our API-level integration of virus engines from Sophos, Symantec, and Trend Micro allow us to update virus definitions every 10 minutes, enabling our service to identify and block viruses before they reach your firewall or servers.
   
 
 
 
Disaster Recovery – If your email server becomes unavailable, we ensure no email is lost or bounced by temporarily spooling messages until your servers are once again online. Once service is restored, all spooled email is automatically forwarded in a “flow-controlled” fashion.
 
 
 
 
Policy Enforcement - Policy rules are easily enforced with customer-defined rules at the domain level for inbound and outbound email, ensuring that message flow complies with company rules and policies as well as governmental laws and regulations. Customers can block messages by attachment name/type; file size; number of recipients; domain; email address; and words and phrases.
   
 
 
 
Outbound Services - The FrontBridge Outbound Relay service provides virus scanning and enables the monitoring of email and attachments through configurable policy enforcement on all outbound email.
   
 
 
 
Secure Email – Managed service that provides an easy to deploy, easy-to-use method for sending encrypted business email from desktop to desktop.
